1.2 Third-Party Analysis

Important: When you submit images, screenshots, or other content to our mobile application for analysis:

  • Your content is sent to third-party AI analysis services to power our scam detection capabilities.
  • We do not store your submitted content on our own servers - it is processed in transit to provide you with immediate analysis results.
  • After analysis is completed, the images and content you submit are not retained by us.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device Information: Information about your mobile device, including device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage Information: Information about how you use our Service, such as the features you access and the actions you take.

  • No Persistent Storage: The data is processed in transit and is not persistently stored on our company servers. We maintain only the minimum information necessary to provide you with the service.
  • Analysis Results: The results of the analysis (such as risk assessment and recommendations) may be temporarily stored to provide you with historical information about your previous scans, but the original content is not retained.
  • Third-Party Compliance: Our third-party AI processing partners maintain their own security and compliance standards. We select partners who adhere to industry-standard security practices.

3. Our Analysis Technology

To provide our scam detection service, we use advanced analysis technology to evaluate the content you submit for potential scams. This process involves:

  • Automated Analysis: We use sophisticated algorithmic techniques to analyze message characteristics, detect patterns, and identify potential scams.
  • Machine Learning Systems: Our systems leverage advanced machine learning and natural language processing to improve detection accuracy over time.
  • Pattern Recognition: We compare submitted content against known scam indicators and patterns.

Mobile App Submissions: For content submitted through our mobile application (including screenshots, images, and text submissions):

  • We do not store your submitted content on our servers. Content is processed in transit and then discarded.
  • Analysis results (scam detection outcomes, risk levels, recommendations) may be temporarily retained to provide you with a history of your scans, but the original content you submitted is not stored.
  • Any temporary processing data is automatically purged within 24 hours of submission.

For other types of information, we retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When we no longer need to use your information, we will take reasonable steps to remove it from our systems and records or take steps to anonymize it.

6. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please note that no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Mobile App Security Measures:
